Description

The Works generally comprise: - demolishing existing retaining wall and removing existing paving, steps and handrails; - construction of new masonry retaining wall with all associated earthworks; - installation of new land drain with connections to existing drainage system; - new fencing; - making good soft landscaping; - new precast concrete paving; and - construction of new ramps with associated handrails. SANQUHAR ACADEMY – RETAINING WALL REPAIRS The Contract is to remove and rebuild a structural retaining Wall and new ramps at Sanquhar Academy. The work consists of establishment of a safe working area and agreed site set up requirements. Removal and disposing off site of existing damaged and redundant retaining wall. Supply and rebuild structural retaining wall, installing ramps and make good all disturbed surfaces leaving site in a clean and tidy condition.
