Description

Southern Housing Group Ltd were looking to procure a Responsive Repairs and Void Refurbishment contract within London and the South. The estimated annual value of the contract is 6 900 000 GBP and as such the estimated full contract value, if the initial five year contract duration is extended, is 69 000 000 GBP. Please note all estimated values are inclusive of vat. This contract is divided into three Lots. It was envisaged that Southern Housing Group would appoint one service provider per lot and enter into contract with two to three service providers as a result of this procurement, subject to award and the details provided within the ITT documentation. Southern Housing Group (SHG) provides over 14 000 homes across London and Southern England. Southern Housing Group Limited is a charitable housing association which also has 2 subsidiaries, Southern Home Ownership Ltd and Southern Space Ltd. SHG sought expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers in order to be able to select Service Providers to enter into the ACA Standard Form of Contract for Term Partnering (TPC 2005 — Amended 2008) published by The Association of Consultant Architects Ltd. (ACA). It is intended that present and future members of the Southern Housing Group may utilise the Contract. The successful Service Provider shall deliver a high quality service offering value for money to residents providing secure continuous improvements across all works. As part of this contract the Service Provider may be required to work in partnership with other Service Providers, Stakeholders & Consultants employed by the client. The contract works can include but are not restricted to responsive repairs to domestic properties and void refurbishment works, including associated repairs. This Lot currently includes 4 050 properties. Any future properties acquired or developed by SHG will be incorporated within the Contract using the pricing mechanism set out in the price framework.
