The London Borough of Barking and Dagenham is looking for an exceptional provider, or group of providers with a lead provider arrangement to help grow the voluntary, community and social enterprise (VCSE) sector in Barking and Dagenham, leading to a borough in which peoples’ ideas, projects and concerns can develop, flourish and be addressed.
