This contract is to procure the maintenance and servicing for the domestic water and biocide systems during their lifecycle. The overall value is based on the 8 years of lifecycle that the equipment is due to have remaining. Lot 1: This contract is to procure the maintenance and servicing for the domestic water and biocide systems during their lifecycle. The Trust will procure this contract in accordance with Regulation 32 (2)(b)(ii) as competition for this service would be absent for technical reasons. The overall value is based on the 8 years of lifecycle that the equipment is due to have remaining. The Trust is publishing this VEAT notice to ensure that the Trust is complying with the principles of transparency whilst also securing a long term contract for the servicing of this equipment. Additional information: The Trust will be entering into contract following the completion of a ten day standstill after the publication of this notice. This standstill will end on the 26th September 2022.
