Lot 3: Lot 3 - Paper Hygiene Consumables and Dispensers (ESPO private label "smartbuy") Products required are toilet paper, hand towels, wiping rolls and facial tissues, with their associated dispensers. All products are to have ESPO's private label "smartbuy" branding adhered to the outer packaging. All products are required for delivery to the ESPO distribution centre, Leicester.
