CP2258-22 Data & Intelligence Call off support

Description

The DCC Data & Intelligence (D&I) Team receive requests for effort for business system implementations that exceed its capacity to deliver multiple business projects and maintain BAU. This contract is intended to provide business units a route to call on external expert assistance, relating to data and intelligence work packages, during periods of high demand on the DCC internal teams. For example: When a business area needs significant development support, such as a new source system implementation When there is a shortage of skilled staff for daily operations For specific training on new technical areas It is envisaged that the funding will come primarily from the business areas and the work will be directed by the D&I Team. There is no guarantee of funds to the supplier in any particular year and the £500,000 headline value is a suggested maximum over a four-year period. If the headline value is not used over the four-year period then there is no expectation on DCC to pay the unused remainder of the £500,000 maximum.
