Provision of an online Occupational Personality Assessment / Questionnaire suitable for use in a public sector context for senior and professional levels posts / roles. PAS wishes to identify a provider of Personality Assessment Questionnaire(s) to assist the recruitment and selection function of PAS. If selected, the Online Personality Assessment Provider will support the open recruitment process by providing online personality assessment selection tools for roles of varying levels and disciplines. In carrying out its recruitment and selection functions, PAS is obliged to comply with the codes of practice established by the Commission for Public Service Appointments (CPSA) (see www.cpsa-online.ie). PAS must ensure that their recruitment campaigns comply with the principles: • Probity • Appointments made on merit • Appointments process in line with best practice • A fair appointments process applied with consistency • Appointments made in an open, accountable and transparent manner It will be a requirement that any service provider selected will fully comply with the CPSA in providing any information they may require.
