Pobl Group wishes to appoint multiple contractors across the 11 lots of the Framework which will provide responsive repairs and out of hours service to support the internal DLO Lot 4: Void Repairs Pobl Group wishes to appoint contractor(s) to undertake whole Void Repairs and Refurbishments across the group in the West Lot 1: Painting & Decorating Pobl Group wishes to appoint multiple contractors to provide Painting & Decoration Services across Pobl Group East Lot 2: Roofing & Specialist Roofing Pobl Group wishes to appoint multiple contractors to provide Roofing Services across Pobl Group East Lot 3: Reactive Repairs Pobl Group wishes to appoint multiple contractors to provide Reactive Repairs across Pobl Group East Lot 5: Kitchen and Bathrooms Pobl Group wishes to appoint contractor(s) to undertake the installation of Kitchens and bathrooms across the group in the East Lot 6: Cleaning and Clearance Pobl Group wishes to appoint contractor(s) to undertake specialist cleaning and clearance of properties across the group in the East Lot 9: Drainage Works Pobl Group wishes to appoint contractor(s) to undertake Drainage Repairs across the group in the East Lot 10: Major Works Pobl Group wishes to appoint contractor(s) to undertake Major Works in properties across the group in the East Lot 7: Temporary Security Pobl Group wishes to appoint contractor(s) to undertake Sitex and Alarm Installation and maintenance of Void Properties across the group in the East Lot 8: Electrical Repairs Pobl Group wishes to appoint contractor(s) to undertake Electrical Repairs of Void Properties across the group in the East.
