The food business operations at Shannon Heritage are in need of certain upgrade works and are currently being reviewed. An overall Project Team consisting of Design Team appointments and personnel from Shannon Development and Shannon Heritage was formed to progress the design and detail of the proposed upgrade works, liaise on the development and coordination of the various elements of the project and agree proposals as necessary to progress the project. The works will include the upgrading of the food operations at Bunratty Castle Banquet Hall and Knappogue Castle in line with current Food Hygiene standards and HSE Regulations.
