The Broadcasting Authority of Ireland (BAI) wishes to award a contract for the provision of consultancy services to carry out research in the first phase of the statutory review of the BAI General Commercial Communications Code as specified in “Appendix 1 – Services to be Provided” herein. The envisaged duration of this project is approximately 10 weeks, starting in April 2014 with deliverables to be submitted by an agreed date in July 2014. The BAI is using the OPEN tender procedure for the award of this contract.
