Salt and Tar is a new outdoor events space on Bootle's canal side, a key catalyst to the wider regeneration project happening in and around The Strand Shopping Centre. The site has a trendy shipping container food court with street food traders, a bar operator and seating areas for al fresco dining which is set to launch in April 2024.\r \r Sefton Council Tourism Team are seeking a partner to support the project with relevant Health and Safety advice and support for large scale music events. \r
