A CAFM system is essentially digital facilities management software designed to manage buildings and facilities, coordinating physical workplace and facilities with the people and the operations of the Council. A CAFM system will ensure that the Council has a building intelligence tool to support data driven decision making for our assets. A CAFM system helps with the administration and recording of actions within Council buildings, as well as supporting the building rights, life cycle tracking for actions and effective administrative support.
