The London Borough of Redbridge (“the Authority”) is seeking expressions of interest and market engagement for the provision of an independent domestic abuse support service (informally known as an IDVA service) within the borough. We are seeking to develop the service to work with victims/survivors of domestic abuse within the borough. The service aims to achieve the following: • Provides confidential, non-judgmental and independent support for victims (women and men aged 16 and over) and children living in Redbridge who are experiencing abuse. • Provide practical and emotional support and advocacy to survivors.
