The objective of this Tender is to appoint a creative partner to develop and evolve all creative marketing strategies and assets to market the BG services across Scotland. The objective of this tender is for the appointed supplier to become a creative partner for BGNU, working alongside them on creative strategies, development and campaign activity. We are also seeking the supplier to provide insight and recommendations of best practice which BGNU could adopt. We anticipate the supplier will review and evaluate the ongoing activity, constantly monitoring performance and work with the BG Marketing team to improve results and enhance the offering. Based on this, in a response to this Invitation to Tender, we ask all interested parties to outline: - Relevant experience in providing the services listed under the scope of contract - Team expertise - Insight and understanding of the digital marketing environment - Provide evidence of a previous approach to the development and execution of a multi-channel campaign - Evidence of managing and developing public sector brands - That they meet the criteria of the minimum conditions BGNU seeks a dynamic creative agency to work with us to design and develop multi-channel/digital marketing campaigns and which will deliver measurable results against our business plan objectives. You will be working with our in-house team to devise, design and develop multi-channel campaigns targeted at domestic (Scottish) audiences, using paid, earned and owned channels, and work with our media partner to agree on our media mix and create the assets required. The main aim of this contract is to put in place an agency that can work with us to design, develop, and deliver multichannel campaigns and oversee our digital platforms. There may be additional ad hoc creative requests outside of campaign periods.
