Due to unforeseen ecological factors, the tender of the shell and core has stopped to allow remedial activity to take place. As a result, we are set to take the opportunity to consolidate the shell and core and fit-out package into one single package of a single stage design and build contract. This positions the new likely timescales of SQ release in Mar/Apr 2019, tender release in June 2019, with contract award around Nov/Dec 2019 to allow construction work to commence early 2020.
