Description

Shettleston Housing Association are seeking to appoint Contractors to their Planned Maintenance Framework for their residential portfolio. The Framework shall be for a 4 year period (overall), with 4Nr separate Lots, as follows: Lot 1: Kitchen Replacements. Lot 2: Bathroom Replacements. Lot3: Electrical Re-wiring. Lot 4: SHQS/Full Internal Refurbishment (residential). Lot 1: Kitchen Replacements Lot 1: Kitchen Replacements: circa 100Nr properties per annum. Bidders are to submit a fully completed SPD document, from which a short list of 6 tenderers (per Lot) shall be selected to proceed to tender stage. A copy of the Draft Invitation to Tender is included for information purposes only - this does not require to be completed/submitted at this stage. Lot 2: Bathrom Replacements Lot 2: Bathroom Replacements: circa 40Nr properties per annum. Bidders are to submit a fully completed SPD document - MS Word and PDF formats are provided herein. A short list of 6 bidders (for each Lot) shall then be selected to proceed to tender stage. A Draft Invitation to Tender is also included herein - this is for information purposes only and is not to be submitted at this stage. Lot 3: Electrical Re-wiring Lot 3: Electrical Re-wiring: circa 160Nr properties per annum. Bidders are to submit a fully completed SPD document - MS Word and PDF formats are provided herein. A short list of 6 bidders (for each Lot) shall then be selected to proceed to tender stage. A Draft Invitation to Tender is also included herein - this is for information purposes only and is not to be submitted at this stage. Lot 4: SHQS/Full Internal Refurbishment Lot 4: SHQS/Full Internal Refurbishment: circa 10Nr properties per annum Bidders are to submit a fully completed SPD document - MS Word and PDF formats are provided herein. A short list of 6 bidders (for each Lot) shall then be selected to proceed to tender stage. A Draft Invitation to Tender is also included herein - this is for information purposes only and is not to be submitted at this stage.
