Homes for Life Housing Partnership (Homes for Life) is following a single stage open procedure to appoint a 1. Consultant with the relevant knowledge, skills and experience to conduct a stock condition survey on our behalf. The desired outcomes from this current stock condition survey are set out in detail in Section 6 of the Instructions for Tendering. In summary Homes for Life is procuring the stock condition survey for the following purposes. Inform a strategic options appraisal Provide an up to date baseline for SHQS Fill in gaps in knowledge with regards EESSH and compile recommendations for EESSH2 (2032) and carry out EPCs where required based on SAP 2012 Confirm progress in relation to LD2 legislation Compile lifecycle data including lifecycles and replacement costs Provide updated safety information Provide long term planned maintenance programme Collect supplementary information during survey work
