NOE CPC Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Services (Hard FM)

The purpose of this procurement is to establish a framework for the provision of Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Services (Hard FM). The framework will provide a one stop shop for organisations to fulfil their Specialist Estates Engineering & Maintenance Service (Hard FM) requirements, with suppliers selected for their experience and ability to provide customers with a comprehensive range of services and works that combine quality, value and compliance.<br/>The framework has been designed to facilitate current trends in FM and also to provide a flexible route for Estates and FM departments within contracting authorities to procure services.<br/>The framework Lots have been configured to enable Service Providers to be able to bid for areas within their specialism, making it friendly for SME’s.
