Description

We are looking for you to develop and put forward a way of getting all of these grass cutting and item moving jobs done at all of the locations as stated. Utilising or replacing the current equipment we have as detailed. Lot 1: Supply of the vehicles We believe we may require the following mowers at the moment: Greens Mower x4, Fairway mower x4, Tees mower x1, Rough Mower x2, Heavy Rough Mower x1, Midi Tractor x2. However, this framework will support our requirements for at least 4 years and may involve specific contracts lasting 3 years towards the end of the Framework. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Lot 2: Supply of spare parts We are looking for the best supplier of parts in terms of price, availability and turnaround. Key areas include OEM or none-original parts with a commitment on leadtimes as a KPI. Additional information: Economic operators may be excluded from this competition if they are in any of the situations referred to in regulation 58 of the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2015. Lot 3: Servicing, maintenance and repair Servicing is required for our fleet or any additional machinery as required. A list of our current grass cutting fleet can be found in the ITT. Lot 4: Alternative solutions This is anything else that might be suggested to meet the requirements set out in Section 2, Part 3 Description in the ITT.
