This framework agreement is for the provision of electrical installation services associated with the construction, replacement, and refurbishment of 33, 66 and 132kV substations within the Company's licensed territories. The Works will be based on an installation and commissioning model with the Company supplying the major plant items and the Contractor the items associated with site delivery. The Company's requirements will invariably include electrical site installation works but, the nature and extent of the design, engineering, and management activities will vary. This contract includes the following work streams: — 132/66/33kV replacement and new build substations. — Extension or modification of existing 132/66/33kV substations. — Earthing remedial works. — Protection scheme replacement works.
