Description
The Service comprises of the planned preventative maintenance, breakdown attendance and reinstatement, reactive maintenance, corrective and emergency inspection, test and repair of each of the units as set out in the ITT Scope Section B, and as scheduled in the Schedule of Prices and Asset Register. The Service is fully comprehensive and includes all labour and materials (except for those specifically excluded), together with all tools, plant and access and lifting equipment required to provide the Service. The full requirements of the scope of this contract are set out in the Specification document sB8644R2maint, 1.6 and Section B and in Appendix A-H on the tender potal. An extensive site visit has been allowed within the tender process for inspection of current assets, including assessment of dilapidation. Dilapidation should be allowed for within tender submission and the University reserves the right not to consider further dilapidation claims made for any assets. This is a mini-competition from the NEUPC Lift installation and Maintenance Framework EFM2035NE. NEC4 Terms apply.
