Description

Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council (The Contracting Authority) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the delivery of a direct payments support service to individuals assessed as being eligible to receive a direct payment. The overall requirement is to establish a contract for provision of a direct payments support service for individuals who have been assessed as being eligible for a direct payment from Merthyr Tydfil County Borough Council. The successful provider will deliver a full range of support services (as detailed in the service specification), including information giving, recruitment, payroll and ongoing support. The provider will offer both general and fully managed accounts and, in exceptional circumstances, be able to act as a ‘Suitable Person’.
