The Council is seeking to engage a research organisation to deliver a quarterly survey of residents via telephone methodology. The purpose of this research project is to carry out robust surveying of Leicestershire residents on a quarterly basis to inform decision making and to help evaluate actions taken by the County Council in relation to our communities The data collected will add to the time series dataset established since September 2011.
