Fusion21 has developed a framework for the full provision of heating works across public sector estates, the scope of the framework also includes heating related renewable technologies. The framework is broken down over 10 separate lots which include: 1) Domestic servicing, maintenance and installation of heating systems; 2) Domestic heating installations; 3) Commercial servicing, maintenance and installation of heating systems; 4) Commercial heating installations; 5) Quality assurance and asset management consultancy; 6) Principal design and project management consultancy; 7) Installation of air and ground source heat pumps; 8) Installation of solar heating systems; 9) Installation of electric heating systems; and 10) Department for education/education heating programmes. Works will include the servicing, maintenance and installation, both planned and reactive, of domestic heating systems. The scope of the framework agreement will allow the successful domestic service and maintenance supply partners to carry out domestic heating installations (planned and reactive) without the need for further competition subject to rates submitted during this tender exercise. This work is not guaranteed and subject to member approval. Works within this lot may also include legionella/water hygiene management as part of the servicing, maintenance or installation works. Works may be undertaken on a full range of heating systems including, but not limited to, gas, LPG, oil, solid fuel, electric and renewable technologies. Works will include the design and installation of domestic heating systems as part of planned maintenance programmes or on a reactive basis should the Member require this. The scope of this Lot may include the full range of heating systems including, but not limited to, gas, LPG, oil, solid fuel, electric and renewable technologies. Installation works may be undertaken on an install only or supply and fit basis; for installation only works the materials will be provided by the Member Works will include the servicing, maintenance and installation, both planned and reactive, of commercial heating systems. The scope of the Framework Agreement will allow for the successful commercial service and maintenance supply partners to carry out commercial heating installations (planned and reactive) without the need for further competition subject to rates submitted during this tender exercise. This work is not guaranteed and subject to Member approval. Works within this Lot may also include legionella / water hygiene management and/or heat metering as part of the servicing, maintenance or installation works. Works may be undertaken on a full range of commercial heating systems including, but not limited to, gas, LPG, oil, solid fuel, electric, HVAC, district heating systems, heat interface units or renewable technologies. Reduction of energy use and carbon emissions should be considered in all instances. Works will include the design and installation of commercial heating systems which will include the full range of commercial heating systems, including, but not limited to, gas, LPG, oil, solid fuel, electric, district heating, HVAC, hot water generation plant, heat interface units or renewable technologies. Works may also include heat metering within the scope as part of the installation works. Installation works may be undertaken on an install only or supply and fit basis; for installation only works the materials will be provided by the Member. Reduction of energy use and carbon emissions should be considered in all installations. Works will include a range of consultancy services related to the management of a programme of works associated with producing Landlords Gas Safety Records (LGSRs) for Members properties. These services are intended to assist Member organisations in complying with all current regulations, control risk, maintain industry standards and provide professional expertise. The scope of work will also cover any works requested by a Member organisation in relation to electrical inspections, heating installations, investigatory reports, policy reviews and training. Works may also include compliance and data management solutions including software and hardware solutions to Member requirements Works will include, but not be limited to, design, specification, consultancy, feasibility, industry recommendations and project management. Reduction of energy use and carbon emissions should be considered in all installations. Works will include the design and installation of air source heat pumps and ground source heat pumps. Installation works may be undertaken on an install only or supply and fit basis; for installation only works the materials will be provided by the Member. Works may also include the servicing of these systems. Works will include the design and installation of solar heating systems. Installation works may be undertaken on an install only or supply and fit basis; for installation only works the materials will be provided by the Member. Works may also include the servicing of these systems. Works will include the design and installation of electric heating systems including but not limited to, electric heaters and electric storage heaters. Installation works may be undertaken on an install only or supply and fit basis; for installation only works the materials will be provided by the Member. Works may also include the servicing of these systems. Works will include the design and installation of heating systems across all education establishments. Reduction of energy use and carbon emissions should be considered in all installations. The scope of this Lot may include the full range of heating systems including, but not limited to gas, LPG, oil, solid fuel (decommission only), electric and renewable technologies. Works may include complete HVAC, district heating systems, CHP, solar HW systems, ground source, air source, biomass, wall hung or jig mounted boilers, floor standing premix boilers, modular boilers, pressure jet boilers and domestic hot water generation plant. Works are likely to be one of the following – major school refurbishment, complete boiler room refurbishment, plant only refurbishment and emergency plant refurbishment. Works may however be undertaken on new education developments if required by the Member. Installation works may be undertaken on an install only or supply and fit basis; for installation only works the materials will be provided by the Member. It is anticipated that there may be an approved list of material suppliers for the appliances and associated ancillary equipment. Work may also include PPM (planned preventative maintenance) and reactive maintenance requirements following installation works. It is mandatory that enhanced DBS checks will be required by all operatives for any works carried out within education establishments.
