The trust is looking to bring in-house the mono printing requirements of the Clinical illustration service. Historically these print runs have been outsourced and as part of the Trusts Cost Improvement Plans (CIP) the acquisition of a Monochrome Direct Digital Press will allow for tighter document version controls and cut down on wastage. This is a mini-completion under Lot 2 – “Full Catalogue Offering of Multifunctional Devices and Services (including Print Room Services)” of the Crown Commercial Services (CCS) Framework RM1599 - Multifunctional Devices (MFD) and Services, Managed Print Services (MPS) and Print Audit Services (PAS). Only the suppliers awarded a place on Lot-2 of this framework by CCS will be eligible to bid on this opportunity.
