The Supplier will benchmark Social Care Wales with workforce regulators in the UK that utilise lay panels for statutory fitness to practice proceedings. This will include similar health and social care regulators. The purpose of this contract is to focus on benchmarking panel members with other regulators, specifically on: - application, appointment, induction and appraisal processes - learning and development - terms and conditions The Supplier to provide a report with the findings, highlighting any best practice and/or recommendations to promote consistency where possible.
