Angus Council and the Angus Health and Social Care Partnership have reviewed the current Framework Agreement for the provision of personal care and housing support (including home-based respite services) under SDS Option 3 within the homes of supported people in Angus. This procurement exercise is to establish a new framework. This is an opportunity for providers to tender for various Lots within the new framework. Lot 1: Adult Services under 65 – Adult LD, Adult Mental Health and Substance Misuse and Adult PD North Adults aged 16 and over who have a diagnosed learning disability and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Adults aged 16 and over who have mental health and/or substance misuse issues and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Mostly housing support but with some personal care requirements as necessary. Adults aged 16 and over who have a physical disability or acquired brain injury and who require support with personal care and/or non-personal care within their home and in the community. Lot 2: Adult Services under 65 – Adult LD, Adult Mental Health and Substance Misuse and Adult PD South Adults aged 16 and over who have a diagnosed learning disability and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Lot 3: Adult Learning Disabilities Complex Needs (incl Adult Autism) This relates to Adult service users aged 16 – 64 who present with significant challenging behaviour and/or complex autism. This support requires well experienced staff who are appropriately trained and skilled in managing individuals with very complex needs within their home and the community. Lot 4: Older People and Mental Health 65+ (incl Adult PD) North West Adults aged 65 and over who have age related frailty and may have diagnosed mental health issues and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Mostly personal care but with some housing support requirements as necessary. Adults aged 65 and over who have a physical disability or acquired brain injury and who require support with personal care and/or non-personal care within their home and in the community. Lot 5: Older People and Mental Health 65+ (incl Adult PD under and over 65) North West Rural Adults aged 65 and over who have age related frailty and may have diagnosed mental health issues and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Mostly personal care but with some housing support requirements as necessary. Adults aged under 65 and over 65 who have a physical disability or acquired brain injury and who require support with personal care and/or non-personal care within their home and in the community. Lot 6: Older People and Mental Health 65+ (incl Adult PD) North East Adults aged 65 and over who have age related frailty and may have diagnosed mental health issues and who require support with a variety of needs within their home and in the community. Mostly personal care but with some housing support requirements as necessary. Adults aged 65 and over who have a physical disability or acquired brain injury and who require support with personal care and/or non-personal care within their home and in the community.
