Other services will include but will not be limited to: EU Rural Development Programme; EU Peace IV (all services will be subject to the change arising from the United Kingdom decision to leave the European Union). The Council has identified that its legal requirements fall under six (6) main areas of expertise and wishes to appoint firms of solicitors in 6 lots to provide advice primarily in the following areas of law: 1) Planning; 2) Land and property; 3) Employment; 4) Enforcement; 5) Commercial (including procurement and construction); 6) Public law and local government administration.
