Description of the procurement: the tender is for the supply of maintenance support services for building management and automatic control systems. It also encompasses a survey of the control systems utilised throughout the specified University’s building stock. The BMS maintenance service level shall include, but not be limited to: (i) electrical panel maintenance; (ii) BMS IT equipment maintenance; (iii) hardware maintenance, including all remote actuators, drives, etc.; (iv) software maintenance: ensuring that the latest version of the maintenance software is installed along with any relevant patches or other updates; (v) the maintenance of hardware and software shall include the replacement of failed or faulty components; (vi) building performance maintenance. To maintain all systems that control the heating/cooling/ventilation plant within the University’s buildings in the most efficient way possible within the constraints of the installed plant. The Employer intends appointing 1 supplier.
