The purpose of the Request for Tenders is to identify a suitable economic operator to conduct an Employee Engagement Scheme that will help attract and retain the best talent, develop our workforce, create a harmonious working environment which will ultimately contribute to organisational effectiveness. In summary, the Services comprise: • Measure, monitor and influence our employee experience and trust over a three year period; • Benchmark against progressive workplaces; • Offer the opportunity for the organisation to become recognised as a leading workplace; and Ability to achieve recognised certification as part of this process.For further information please see appendix 1
