The London Borough of Waltham Forest (the “Council”) wishes to commission a single Provider or multiple Providers to deliver Universal and Universal Plus services for Children & Family Services and integrated Health Services and invites bid submissions from suitably experienced companies wishing to tender for the above opportunity. We are seeking a Provider/s capable of responding effectively to dynamic environments and of delivering client-centred services for young children and their families within the Borough. The Children & Family Centres and Health Services Contract is being tendered in three Lots: a. Lot 1 – Children & Family Centres b. Lot 2 - Healthy Child high Impact Team (High 5) c. Lot 3 – Healthy Child Programme (0-19yrs) Providers may wish to apply for one, or more than one Lot. The Contract will be for a three-year period with the option to extend by a further two years, subject to annual review. Keywords: People Services
