Description

The scope of this contract is for the supply of quality salon branded hair products and branded kits for all levels. This framework includes the provision of premium hair products and related training to the CPC member institutions throughout the UK. The high profile companies that will be awarded a place on this framework agreement as a result of the tender evaluations must be able to offer the CPC member institutions the choice of accessing their branded products directly and will be expected to have links to or preferably operate their own training academies. The industry recognised companies that are successful must also be able to offer premium quality products and services to the quality salon standards such as HABIA (The Hairdressing and beauty industry authority) or equivalent. Products to include but not limited to top of the range branded hair consumables, hair extensions, hair extension tools, branded hairdressing kits, skin testing kits (patch testing) and branded salon hairdressing equipment and furniture. Services include all activities in connection with the salon full design services for new and re-build salons, refurbishment of salons, salon fitting and salon branding. Good design and quality products generates revenues, increase sales, attracts new clientèle and helps to retain valued customers. Therefore, the successful suppliers must be able to offer cutting edge technology/ emergent techniques to attract new clientèle for the CPC customers. Improvement of existing and development of new services is considered an important part of the suppliers business. CPC recognise that from time to time there may be additions and removals of product lines and ranges to suppliers current offering. The Supplier must demonstrate that the changes have not significantly altered the original Contract and that the members Institutions have not been disadvantaged by the change. Members have the right to utilise e-auctions during the further competition stage of the supplier selection.
