Description
This notice involves the setting up of a Dynamic Purchasing System. Warwickshire County Council invites applications for admission to their Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of business support services. The DPS comprises of 13 lots, further information in relation to the lots is contained in the detailed description at II.2.4) and in the tender documentation. Lot 1: Start-Up Support Support for people looking to start a business and new businesses in their first 24 months of trading. Delivery could be one-to-many (e.g. workshops) or one-to-one. Opportunities could also involve advising the County Council on the design, delivery and evaluation of its services and programmes. During the course of the contract the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification/variation as necessary to meet the changing needs/requirements of the Council and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers. These changes may include (but are not limited to) increases/decreases in Funding, necessary additional services not identified at the time of tendering. Lot 2: Business Support Support for established businesses. Delivery could be one-to-many (e.g. workshops) or one-to-one across individual or a range of fields and specialisms. Opportunities could also involve advising the County Council on the design, delivery and evaluation of its services and programmes. During the course of the contract the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification/variation as necessary to meet the changing needs/requirements of the Council and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers. These changes may include (but are not limited to) increases/decreases in funding, necessary additional services not identified at the time of tendering. Lot 3: Innovation Support Specialist support for established and/ or new businesses with developing new products and services. Delivery could be one-to-many (e.g. workshops) or one-to-one. Opportunities could also involve advising the County Council on the design, delivery and evaluation of its services and programmes. During the course of the contract the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification/variation as necessary to meet the changing needs/requirements of the Council and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers. These changes may include (but are not limited to) increases/decreases in funding, necessary additional services not identified at the time of tendering. Lot 4: Access to Finance Support Specialist support for established and/ or new businesses with raising finance. Delivery could be one-to-many (e.g. workshops) or one-to-one across specific or all types of finance. Opportunities could also involve advising the County Council on the design, delivery and evaluation of its services and programmes. During the course of the contract the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification/variation as necessary to meet the changing needs/requirements of the Council and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers. These changes may include (but are not limited to) increases/decreases in funding, necessary additional services not identified at the time of tendering. Lot 5: Resource Efficiency Support Specialist support for established and/ or new businesses with resource efficiency. Delivery could be one-to-many (e.g. workshops) or one-to-one. Opportunities could also involve advising the County Council on the design, delivery and evaluation of its services and programmes. During the course of the contract the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification/variation as necessary to meet the changing needs/requirements of the Council and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers. These changes may include (but are not limited to) increases/decreases in funding, necessary additional services not identified at the time of tendering. Lot 6: Employment and Skills Support Specialist support for established and/ or new businesses on employment and skills issues. Delivery could be one-to-many (e.g. workshops) or one-to-one. Opportunities could also involve advising the County Council on the design, delivery and evaluation of its services and programmes. During the course of the contract the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification/variation as necessary to meet the changing needs/requirements of the Council and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers. These changes may include (but are not limited to) increases/decreases in funding, necessary additional services not identified at the time of tendering. Lot 7: Sector Support (Automotive and Manufacturing) Specialist, industry-specific support for established and/ or new businesses in the automotive and engineering sector. Delivery could be one-to-many (e.g. workshops) or one-to-one. Opportunities could also involve advising the County Council on the design, delivery and evaluation of its services and programmes During the course of the contract the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification/variation as necessary to meet the changing needs/requirements of the Council and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers. Lot 8: Sector Support (Digital and Creative) Specialist, industry-specific support for established and/or new businesses in the digital and creative sector. Delivery could be one-to-many (e.g. workshops) or one-to-one. Opportunities could also involve advising the County Council on the design, delivery and evaluation of its services and programmes. During the course of the contract the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification/variation as necessary to meet the changing needs/requirements of the Council and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers. These changes may include (but are not limited to) increases/decreases in funding, necessary additional services not identified at the time of tendering. Lot 9: Sector Support (Low Carbon Economy) Specialist, industry-specific support for established and/or new businesses in the low carbon technologies sector. Delivery could be one-to-many (e.g. workshops) or one-to-one. Opportunities could also involve advising the County Council on the design, delivery and evaluation of its services and programmes. During the course of the contract the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification/variation as necessary to meet the changing needs/requirements of the Council and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers. These changes may include (but are not limited to) increases/decreases in funding, necessary additional services not identified at the time of tendering. Lot 10: Sector Support (Retail, Hospitality and Personal Care) Specialist, industry-specific support for established and/or new businesses in customer-facing service sectors. Delivery could be one-to-many (e.g. workshops) or one-to-one. Opportunities could also involve advising the County Council on the design, delivery and evaluation of its services and programmes. During the course of the contract the range and scope of these services may be subject to modification/variation as necessary to meet the changing needs/requirements of the Council and the changing demands placed on the Council by its customers. Lot 11: Sector Support (Rural Economy) Specialist, industry-specific support for established and/or new rural businesses. Delivery could be one-to-many (e.g. workshops) or one-to-one.
