Tendering Organisations are advised that the Authority intends to adhere to the following provisional schedule: Receive PQQ Responses = 8.7.2015 Issue ITT to Shortlist = 16.7.2015 Mid Tender Meetings = 23–24.7.2015 Supplier Site Tours = 23–24.7.2015 Supplier Presentations to Authority = 30–31.7.2015 Authority Tours of Supplier Sites = 3–7.8.2015 Submit Tenders to Authority = 7.9.2015 Suppliers shall provisionally reserve the dates above for the scheduling of the mid tender meetings, supplier presentations and tours of the supplier sites pending identification of ITT shortlist.
