Description

On behalf of the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead, Wokingham Borough Council is seeking to commission a suitably experienced and competent Design and build contractor to carry out the design and construction of a new 2 storey teaching block for science and mathematics, including partial demolition of the existing mathematics block and extension of the existing dining hall. Following an initial PQQ evaluation, a restricted number of candidates will be invited to tender. The tender process will be single stage, fixed price JCT 2011 Design and build contract. A maximum of 6 contractors will be invited to tender; these will be selected based on the PQQ submission.
