The provision of the Supply, Installation, Service/Repair and Removal of Stairlifts and Ceiling Track Hoists

Description

This procurement will establish a Framework Contract(s) for the Supply, Installation, Service/Repair and Removal of Stairlifts and Ceiling Track Hoists within domestic residences throughout the borough of Chesterfield. The framework contract(s) will be for an initial period of 2 years with the opportunity to extend by up to 2 further 1-year periods (maximum 4 years in total) by mutual agreement. The maximum contract value is £261,000 across all Lots. Lot 1: The Design and Installation of Straight and Curved Stairlifts The Design and Installation of Straight and Curved Stairlifts. This Lot will establish a ranked list of suppliers. Up to a maximum of 3 suppliers will be admitted onto this Lot. The top-scoring (most economically advantageous bid) will rank in first place and will have first refusal for any requirements based on availability and desire to deliver. If they are unable to do so, the supplier ranked in second place will be approached and so forth. Lot 2: The Design and Installation of Ceiling Track Hoists The Design and Installation of Ceiling Track Hoists. This Lot will establish a ranked list of suppliers. Up to a maximum of 3 suppliers will be admitted onto this Lot. The top-scoring (most economically advantageous bid) will rank in first place and will have first refusal for any requirements based on availability and desire to deliver. If they are unable to do so, the supplier ranked in second place will be approached and so forth. Lot 3: The Servicing, Maintenance, Reactive Breakdown Response and Removal of Stairlifts and Ceiling Track Hoists The Servicing, Maintenance, Reactive Breakdown Response and Removal of Stairlifts and Ceiling Track Hoists. This Lot will be awarded to a single supplier.
