Provision of Employee Engagement Survey Services

Description

Bus Éireann wishes to carry out an employee engagement survey of all its staff. The survey should enable Bus Éireann to gather employees’ views in order that Bus Éireann has an understanding of how employees see Bus Éireann and how they regard Bus Éireann as an organisation to work for. It should also allow Bus Éireann to assess its overall organisational climate in order to establish a guiding framework with which Bus Éireann can plan for the future.
