Home Group require a contract for recruiting permanent and fixed term colleagues into Home Group that is commercial, provides brilliant candidates and is supported by transparent, accurate and timely costs,management information and invoicing. Via the new contract to be put in place as a result of this tender opportunity, Home Group is anticipating achieving group-wide cost savings on expenditure on permanent and fixed term recruitment fees as Home Group is provided access to a more diverse and focused talent pool of candidates. Development/Construction — In line with our ambitious build plans, we have a Development function basednationwide. Typical roles would include Development Manager, Delivery Manager, Regeneration Officer, Bidsand Partnership Manager, Surveyors. We are based in Newcastle and London, and regional roles wouldtypically be in Cumbria, Scotland and Yorkshire (including Leeds). Property Sales — Our in-house team Sales Negotiator, Sales Manager, After Sales Manager, Sales andMarketing Assistant. Roles are typically Newcastle, London, Scotland, Yorkshire (including Hull). Health and Safety — Roles include Health and Safety Manager, Health and Safety Business Partner, Statutory Compliance Auditor. Health and Safety — Roles include Health and Safety Manager, Health and Safety Business Partner, Statutory Compliance Auditor. HRD — Manager and Business Partner roles in generalist HR, Learning and Development, Resourcing, Organisational Development, Reward. All our HRD roles are based in Newcastle with the exception of some HR Generalist roles in London. All our HRD roles are based in Newcastle with the exception of some HR Generalist roles in London. IT — Our IT department is based at our head office in Newcastle. Roles would typically include — Application Analyst, Data Analyst, MI Analyst, Technical Analyst, Architecture roles. We also have management roles in these areas and an IT Service Desk. Finance — Our Finance team is based in Newcastle upon Tyne and roles typically include Accountants, Senior Finance Business Partner, Finance Business Partner, and Treasury. Legal — Our Legal team is based in Newcastle upon Tyne and typical roles include Property Lawyer, Commercial Lawyer and Commercial Support Lawyer. Our Procurement function also falls within Legal and includes roles such as Procurement Category Manager. Operations — our Operations function delivers front line services within care/supported and rented and leasehold housing. Roles could include Housing Manager, Community Engagement roles, Managers within our services. We also operate a number of CQC registered services. Health and New Models of Care — As we move into New Models of Care we will be focusing on Learning Disabilities, Re-ablement (Intermediate Care) and Mental Health. Roles may include clinical governance and Partnerships roles. Maintenance — Our maintenance function operates nationally and includes roles such as Maintenance Surveyor, Maintenance Contracts Manager, Maintenance and Compliance Planner. We have roles across the country including Scotland. We work in partnership with a number of contractors nationally. CSC — Our Customer Service Centre at Quorum Business Park in Newcastle has roles such as Customer Service Advisor (where colleagues take in and out bound calls and use a number of other digital channels),Team Leader, Performance Leader, Knowledge Manager, Performance and Improvement Coach. Business Development/Strategy/Communications — roles based in Newcastle upon Tyne such as Marketing Manager, Media Manager, Search and Content Lead, Strategy and Research Manager, Strategy Analyst.
