Energy, telecoms and water services market analysis, trends and assessment including energy wholesale & retail markets and low/zero carbon energy markets; 5. Economic regulatory framework design; 6. Cost of capital across telecom, energy, hydrogen, carbon capture & storage, decarbonisation and water sectors; 7. Financial modelling across telecom, energy and water sectors ; 8. Cost of capital across telecom, energy, hydrogen, carbon capture & storage, decarbonisation and water sectors; 7. Financial modelling across telecom, energy and water sectors ; 8. Energy, telecoms and water services network access and pricing; 9. Tariff and pricing strategies across telecom, energy and water sectors; 10. Cost models analysis, assessment and modelling; 11. Energy, telecoms and water services behavioural economics; 12. Energy, telecoms and water services network resilience analysis; 13. Energy, telecoms and water services regulatory reporting and compliance monitoring; 14. Irish and European Regulatory Framework and policy developments across telecom, energy and water sectors including the development of the low/zero carbon energy market; 15. Investment and funding appraisals across telecom, energy and water sectors; 16. Social value in the context of water, water services innovation, and cost efficiencies; 17. Innovation projects fund applications across telecom, energy and water sectors; 18. Energy affordability – burden share to networks utility – future revenue recovery; 19. Natural gas as a transition fuel; 20. Achieving net zero energy and water businesses via the EU Green Deal, the EU Innovation Fund and associated EU strategies; 21. Pandemics and the economic response. Advice with regards to Non-payment issues; 22. Appraisals, strategic assessments and economic advisory with regards to the Public Spending Code. In addition to the above, it is envisaged that this Framework will support the economic or regulation advisory needs across Ervia and its subsidiaries for any emerging issues on an ad hoc basis.
