Qualitative research with employees of UK cloud computing business customers to inform the CMA's Market Investigation into the cloud services market. This research will help to develop the CMA's understanding of cloud customer decision-making on issues such as their choice of cloud provider, multi-cloud use and switching providers in the UK market, across different types of cloud customer.
