The University has a requirement for 3 items of oceanographic research equipment, which are being tendered as separate lots. These comprise: (1) A deep-sea (6 000m rated), 3-legged benthic chamber lander with 21 Nautilus floats and 2 acoustic releases; (2) A 4-legged benthic micro-profiling lander with 12 Nautilus floats and 2 acoustic releases, also deep-sea (6 000m rated); and (3) A deep-sea (6 000m rated) digital stills camera system, all as more particularly described in the Invitation to Tender.
