Description

The Trust is seeking to contract with a partner organisation to undertake a phased replacement of its current network core and telephone systems to support the needs of circa 4 600 users. The scope of the contract will include a) the detailed design, supply, implementation, commissioning, maintenance and support of a) the network core and b) the telephony solution. The selected partner organisation will also be required to support the existing a) network core and telephone systems until the migration to the new infrastructure is complete. The migration programme will commence in mid-2015 with anticipated completion by March 2016. The selected partner will also be required to supply and manage SIP trunks.
