Fareham Borough Council is looking to procure a modern, user-friendly financial management system with efficient workflows, dashboards and flexible functionality tailored to users’ needs. Lot 1: The Council requires the provision of a new system and all supplier services from solution design through to implementation and data migration services from the current system, Advanced eFinancials V5, to a new Financial Management System and then to provide post go live and on-going support and maintenance. To include: • Replacement of the current finance system eFinancials V5; • Implementation of budgeting and forecasting functionality; • Work together to review and update key accounting, purchasing and debt management processes and procedures against the Council’s ideal vision; • Review and replace current interfaces to systems external to the financial management system; • Development of new interfaces; • Review and replace current reporting with improved management information and dashboards; • A training and testing environment; • Training of key users and administrators; • Integrated Electronic Document and Record Management System (EDRMS); • Management of the migration and archiving of data and linked documents from eFinancials V5.
