Deadline for submission of quote: 31/10/2021 Completion Date: Spring/Summer 2022 Reason for works: Complaints are received on Public Right of Way Sheringham Footpath 27 (Butts Lane) on an annual basis due to the path getting wet in winter. Location: TG 14591 41901 , 52.931605 , 1.1914532 relies.improving.spends to TG 15467 42101 , 52.933046 , 1.2045882 , bystander.assess.memory Description of works: • 1.5m wide 950m long path is to be created along Butts Lane, Sheringham. • 100mm scrape will be made to the path to level the surface. • geotextile layer will be installed at the base and will be topped with 100mm layer of Type 1 granite. • Timber board edging will be installed along both sides of the path. • Granite fines will be used to top the surface and will then be mechanically tamped to create a weatherproof surface. Assumed items: The contractor is expected to deliver all materials to site to allow the construction to be delivered successfully. Delivered Outputs/Outcomes: 1. 1.5metre wide X 950metre long footpath improvement 2. Vegetation knockback on either side to improve access for all users.
