The framework agreement is for several works, which includes but not limited to Building repairs and maintenance, total overhaul and refurbishments, electrical works, mechanical works, external civils works, road repairs and maintenance roofing works, plumbing works, flooring, painting and decorative works, building works, joinery works etc. This lot is for the execution of various works within NHS Grampian sites across the Northeast of Scotland. The work will include all trade projects e.g. building overhaul and refurbishment, joinery, electrical, mechanical, etc. This lot is for mechanical related works only. This lot is for electrical related works only. This lot is for flooring related works only. This lot is for painting and decorating related works only. All roof repair, overhaul, refurbishment and maintenance, etc. Road and car park works — new and repairs.
