Description
Argyll and Bute Council are developing a Flexible Framework of providers to deliver Care at Home Services primarily for adults with physical disabilities (age 16+) and older people (age 65+) under Options 2, 3 and 4 of the Social Care (Self Directed Support) Scotland Act 2013. Replacement Care for the purpose of a Short Break for the carer in not in scope of this contract. Live-in Services are not in scope of this contract. Lot 1: Care at Home Services - Mid Argyll Argyll and Bute Council are developing a Flexible Framework of providers to deliver Care at Home Services primarily for adults with physical disabilities (age 16+) and older people (age 65+) under Options 2, 3 and 4 of the Social Care (Self Directed Support) Scotland Act 2013.
