Microfinance Ireland (MFI) recently commenced a procurement to select a cloud-based small business lending system to support its operations across all stages of the lending lifecycle including loan origination, loan administration, servicing, collections, and MI & reporting. Through this RFT, MFI is seeking support and guidance across three key areas: * Project Management – provide project management for a programme of change, ensuring all key milestones are met on time and to the required standard. * Revised Operating Model – Work closely with both MFI personnel and the technology provider to redesign MFI’s operating model across all business functions to be fully aligned to digital transformation objectives and technology solutions * Change Management – Provide change management support to ensure all MFI staff at all levels adopt transformational changes, to ensure that there is a seamless transition to the revised operating model, and that desired outcomes are achieved. Lot 1: Microfinance Ireland (MFI) recently commenced a procurement to select a cloud-based small business lending system to support its operations across all stages of the lending lifecycle including loan origination, loan administration, servicing, collections, and MI & reporting. That competition is nearing conclusion and a preferred technology provider is expected to be selected by May 2023. While some support will be provided by the technology provider to MFI to implement their agreed technology solutions, MFI as a small organisation, needs the support of an Implementation Partner to manage what will be a critical project and ensure its digital transformation objectives are achieved. Through this RFT, MFI is seeking an Implementation Partner to provide support and guidance across three key areas: * Project Management – provide project management for a programme of change, ensuring all key milestones are met on time and to the required standard. * Revised Operating Model – Work closely with both MFI personnel and the technology provider to redesign MFI’s operating model across all business functions to be fully aligned to digital transformation objectives and technology solutions * Change Management – Provide change management support to ensure all MFI staff at all levels adopt transformational changes, to ensure that there is a seamless transition to the revised operating model, and that desired outcomes are achieved.
