Pobl Group wishes to appoint a contractor(s) to undertake Fire Compartmentation Works at the following Group locations across three Lots: Lot 1 - Duffryn Court, Abercarn, Newport, NP11 5DT - Cwrt Twncarn, Cwmcarn, Newport, NP11 7LU Lot 2 - Brighton Court, Brighton Road, Swansea, SA4 4BW - Ty Gwenllian, High Street, Swansea, SA1 1NF Lot 3 - Llys Hafan, Lamberts Road, Swansea, SA1 8HQ - Former Swan Hotel, Pentre Road, Carmarthenshire, SA33 4AA Suppliers can bid for one, two or all three Lots. The estimated start of the contract is June 2023. Contract duration is estimated around 12 weeks.
