Digital Training for Core Sectors is designed around the DFE Skills Bootcamps introduced across the region in 2021 and forms a continuum of skills support funded through the Hearth of South West Local Enterprise Partners local growth fund deal. Digital Training for Core Sectors boot camps are to be procured to match identified demand for digital skills and specific skills demand within the regions core and growth sectors. The project has refined the need for digital skilled workers in the following: • Hospitality and Tourism • Health and Adult Social Care • Agriculture • Clean Growth • Creative Industries The project will operate across the current Heart of the Southwest LEP Geography, Devon Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay Lot 1: Health and Adult Social Care Digital Training for the Health and Adult social care sector is to be procured to match identified demand for digital skills and specific skills demand within the regions Health and Adult Social Care Sector. The project will operate across the current Heart of the Southwest LEP Geography, Devon Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay Lot 2: Hospitality and Tourism Digital Training for the Hospitality and Tourism sector is to be procured to match identified demand for digital skills and specific skills demand within the regions Hospitality and Tourism Sector. The project will operate across the current Heart of the Southwest LEP Geography, Devon Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay. Lot 3: Agriculture Digital Training for the Agriculture sector is to be procured to match identified demand for digital skills and specific skills demand within the regions Agriculture Sector. The project will operate across the current Heart of the Southwest LEP Geography, Devon Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay. Lot 4: Creative Industries Digital Training for the Creative Industries sector is to be procured to match identified demand for digital skills and specific skills demand within the regions Creative Industries Sector. The project will operate across the current Heart of the Southwest LEP Geography, Devon Plymouth, Somerset and Torbay.
