Framework for Advisory and Support Services for Organisation Development, Economic & Regulation, and Business Strategy for ESB Group’s diverse businesses across Ireland, Northern Ireland and Great Britain. The services required are divided into the following three Lots: Lot 1: Organisation Development Advisory and Support Services Lot 2: Economic & Regulatory Advisory and Support Services Lot 3: Business Strategy Advisory and Support Services Please note that a Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) accompanies this Notice and provides a more detailed description of requirements. Lot 1: Organisation Development Advisory and Support Services These services will include the delivery of Organisation Development advisory and support type services to support ESB’s requirements for a range of activities including, but not limited to: • Organisation Design and Transformation • Culture Development and Change Management • Employee Engagement • Leadership and Executive Development • Performance Management • Future of Work • Inclusion & Diversity It is envisaged that contracts will be agreed with up to 7 suppliers for Lot 1 services, subject to that number qualifying. Applicants will be assessed on the quality of their responses to the criteria&rules outlined in the PQQ. It is envisaged that the top scoring 10 applicants will be invited to tender for Lot 1, subject to that number qualifying. Please consult the associated document which contains full instructions re submission of tenders&is available to download from http://www.etenders.gov.ie/ using RFT 159750 Lot 2: Economic & Regulatory Advisory and Support Services These services will include the delivery of Economic and Regulatory advisory and support type services to support ESB’s requirements for a range of activities including, but not limited to: • Energy market structures • Energy policies and regulation and commercial • Networks regulation, strategic DSO issues • Generation portfolio optimization • Market analytics • Energy and fuel trading risk assessments • General macro-economic insight • Energy Retail market strategic analysis • Energy Utilities Acquisition and Retention strategies across all market segments • Energy Retail markets financial instruments & business models It is envisaged that contracts will be agreed with up to 10 suppliers for Lot 2 services, subject to that number qualifying. Applicants will be assessed on the quality of their responses to the criteria&rules outlined in the PQQ. It is envisaged that the top scoring 14 applicants will be invited to tender for Lot 2, subject to that number qualifying. Applicants will be assessed on the quality of their responses to the criteria&rules outlined in the PQQ. It is envisaged that the top scoring 14 applicants will be invited to tender for Lot 3, subject to that number qualifying.
